The work includes but is not limited to: a complete build-out of 30,935 square feet of fully functioning tenant
improvements on two floors for Evergreen Healthcare Services including Evergreen Neurosciences,
Rehabilitation Services, Cardiac Health and Ancillary Services in accordance with the design drawings and
specifications and in compliance with applicable laws and codes.
