Description:
The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing concrete slide access tower and associated footing and construction of a new fiberglass (FRP hybrid) access tower with associated footing. Provide all necessary structural engineering along with deferred plan review submittal drawings stamped by a structural engineer licensed in the State of Washington. The existing fiberglass slide is to remain and be reattached to the new tower. Connection of existing water line to the slide assembly is required. Installation of emergency shutoff button located at the top of the tower is required. The scope of work of this project also includes demolition of damaged curtain wall structural connections near the existing slide tower and replacement with new. The base of the existing building structural column is to be repaired and repainted.
