Description:
This contract provides for the demolition of an existing wet pit/dry pit wastewater lift station, the construction of a submersible wastewater lift station, and the installation of a water line in 32nd Ct SE. The new lift station will utilize an existing overflow structure as the new wet well and will feature a new valve vault, control panel with awning, standby generator, fence, piping, and other work. Work includes approximately 510 linear feet of 6-inch diameter water main, 620 linear feet of 4-inch diameter sewer force main, 45 linear feet of 8-inch diameter storm drain, wet well coatings, manhole coatings, valves, connections to existing water and sewer system, catch basins, pavement and lawn restoration, water meters, and other work.
