Description:
The project consists of work to be performed within 45 working days from Notice to Proceed and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental theretofore and as generally described as follows:
Schedule A: 11th Avenue Sewer Extension Project
1. Mobilization and cleanup at 11th Avenue near Lincoln Road
2. Installation of approximately 400 LF of 8” gravity sewer main
3. Installation of 8 side sewer stub-outs
4. Installation of 4 sewer manholes
5. Grind and Overlay on 11th Avenue
6. Other misc. work to complete the project
Schedule B: Gateway Sewer Replacement Project
1. Mobilization and cleanup at the Gateway Church property on Lincoln
2. Remove approximately 100 LF of existing gravity sewer between two existing manholes
3. Bypass sewer flows
4. Install approximately 100 LF of 8” gravity sewer main
5. Sawcut and remove concrete pavement
6. Remove, modify and replace landscape island
7. Restore parking lot with HMA
All work will be located within the City right-of-way or within easements.
