Description:
Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, labor and other items incidental thereto necessary for the construction and completion of the work, more particularly described as the Percival Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal project. The Project includes, without limitation, clearing and grubbing, temporary stream diversion, structural excavation, contractor designed pre-cast concrete culvert, gravity block retaining walls, storm sewer conveyance and outfall protection, HMA paving, erosion control, curb and gutter, pervious sidewalk, pavement marking, signage, utility relocation protection and replacement, full road closure, and other work; all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, all in accordance with the Contract Documents (“Work”).
